Your information

A straightforward privacy note.

You can download the tracker without sharing an email address. The spreadsheet stays on your device or in the spreadsheet service you choose. ISR Desk does not receive the leads you enter into it.

If you sign up for tips

We store your email address, signup, confirmation and consent dates, the consent wording version, and whether you have unsubscribed. We use this information to manage your subscription and send occasional practical sales tips and related ISR Desk resources. We do not sell your email address.

Storage and access

Signups are stored in the site’s hosted database, with private backups on the owner’s server. Email delivery uses Brevo, which processes subscriber addresses, confirmation requests, delivery information, and unsubscribe preferences. Access to subscription records is restricted to the site owner and authorized services used to run the newsletter. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. A short-lived, one-way identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the subscriber database.

Optional support payments

Support payments are handled on Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe processes the payment details you provide, including your contact and billing information. ISR Desk does not receive your full card number. To keep a record of support payments, our hosted database stores the payment reference, amount, currency, payment status, and confirmation time. Stripe keeps the payment and receipt details needed to process and manage the transaction. Supporting ISR Desk does not subscribe you to email tips.

Your choice

You can unsubscribe here at any time. This removes your address from the active mailing list. A subscription and consent record is retained to respect your preference. Reply to any email you receive from ISR Desk if you want to request deletion of your record.
